Orchestras Inc. is a non-profit
organization that receives no funding, subsidies or any other financial support from Government sources. Each year, the orchestra must cover its operating expenses from its own resources and the generosity of donors and sponsors.
Ticket sales account for only a portion of the Orchestra's annual operating budget. The remainder is provided by player memberships, fundraising, grateful sponsorship by local businesses and generous donations from individuals like you! Your gift to the Orchestra will not only help ensure that the HSO continues to provide performances of the highest standard and artistic integrity for the benefit of the community, but will ensure it can continue to provide the opportunity for younger
musicians to develop and refine their
orchestral and musical skills and perform in
front of live audiences.
Your donation provides
essential financial support in meeting concert
expenses and in assisting in the purchase of
musical instruments.
Since Heidelberg Orchestras Inc. is registered under the
Register of Cultural Organizations under Subdivision
30-F of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997, any donations
made to its Public Fund Account are normally tax
deductible for individuals.
Any donation you are able to
make, no matter how small, would be greatly
appreciated. An official tax receipt will be issued for all donations over $2.00.
