Become a volunteer and share in the pride of supporting one of Melbourne’s most acclaimed orchestras. Your contribution of time and skills will help keep the music alive for generations to come.
Under the united name of Heidelberg Orchestras Inc., the three orchestras and the Heidelberg Wind Ensemble operate as a non-profit organization for the benefit of the community.
The orchestras are managed by a team of musical / business volunteers who willingly give up their time to ensure that the orchestras can continue to provide an excellent concert program and an avenue for young musicians to improve and enhance their concert performance skills.
We are always interested in hearing from people who are able to assist in any way with the continuing operations of the orchestras. In particular we would be delighted to hear from anyone who could offer their expertise, experience or ideas in the area of:
- promotion
- marketing
- fundraising
- website design and web promotion
